At Audited Intelligence, Operational Security and Client Confidentiality are our Highest Priorities. This Privacy & Data Protection Policy outlines how we collect, handle, and purge your information.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION#

We collect information through two primary channels:

  • Standard Inquiries: Name, email address, and general operational requirements provided via direct email communications.
  • Secure Intake Vault: Sensitive Documents & Files, Datasets, and Evidence uploaded through our encrypted Intake Portal.
  • Evidence: Files uploaded are encrypted at rest and deleted post-audit.
  • Financial: Processed via Stripe: We do not store credit card numbers and/or Banking Information

2. DATA RETENTION & PURGE PROTOCOL (THE 72-HOUR RULE)#

Audited Intelligence operates on a strict data-minimization principle.

  • Uploaded Evidence: Any files, documents, or data sets uploaded via our Secure Intake Portal are stored on encrypted, isolated servers. Unless a specific, extended retention agreement is established in a formal Statement of Work, all uploaded Client Evidence is permanently purged from our servers within 72 hours of Project Completion or Initial Review.
  • Communications: Routine correspondence is retained solely for ongoing operational continuity.

3. USE OF INFORMATION#

Your data is used strictly for the purpose of executing the analytical, technical, or consulting services you have commissioned. We do not use your proprietary data to train public AI models, nor do we use it for external marketing.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES#

Audited Intelligence does not sell, rent, or distribute client data to third parties. We will only disclose information if legally compelled by a valid subpoena or court order, and we will attempt to notify the client prior to disclosure unless legally prohibited from doing so.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING#

Payment Details are processed securely through our Third-Party Payment Gateway (Stripe). Audited Intelligence does not capture, store, or have access to your full credit card numbers or raw financial credentials on our servers.

6. COOKIES & TELEMETRY#

We operate a strict zero-cookie policy. We do not utilize third-party tracking pixels, marketing cookies, or invasive analytics. Our site utilizes a privacy-first, open-source telemetry system (Plausible) that does not collect IP addresses or personal identifiers.

7. GOVERNMENT REQUESTS#

We disclose user data to Government Agencies only when compelled to do so by a valid Court Order or Subpoena. We will notify the user prior to disclosure unless prohibited by Law.
