1. RETAINER - INITIAL FEE#

The Retainer/Initiation Fee Amount of $150 is non-refundable. This fee covers the setup of the secure environment and the reservation of analyst time.

2. AUDIT CANCELLATION#

If you cancel an audit request before the final report is generated, you will not be billed the final invoice amount.

3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION#

If you believe an audit contains factual errors, you may request a re-verification within 7 days of delivery at no additional cost.
